Warranty Coverage

Aerovac products are eligible for warranty coverage only if a warranty was purchased at the time of order.

The Aerovac Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use for the functional lifetime of the product.

For clarity, “lifetime” refers to the expected functional lifespan of the product under normal consumer use, as determined by Aerovac.

What the Warranty Includes

If a valid warranty claim is approved:

  • The customer is eligible for one (1) replacement unit per product purchased with warranty
  • Replacement units will be shipped at no additional cost

All claims are subject to review and approval by Aerovac.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Lost or stolen products

Aerovac reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty criteria or show signs of abuse or fraud.

Products Without Warranty

If a warranty was not purchased, the product is not covered under extended warranty protection.

However, if the product arrives defective or damaged, Aerovac will assist in resolving the issue.

In these cases:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • Once the product is received and inspected, Aerovac will replace the product or issue a refund if applicable

Non-Defective Returns

If the product is not defective and no warranty was purchased:

  • Aerovac does not cover return shipping costs
  • Returns related to customer preference, usage, or wear are not eligible for repair or replacement

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence of the defect (if applicable)

Claims are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Aerovac sales channels
  • Aerovac reserves the right to determine eligibility for all warranty claims
