Warranty Coverage
Aerovac products are eligible for warranty coverage only if a warranty has been purchased at the time of order.
Customers who purchase the extended warranty will receive coverage for product defects and functional issues during the warranty period.
If you purchased a warranty and experience an issue with your product, please contact our support team at support@getaerovac.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Products Without Warranty
If a warranty was not purchased, the product is not covered under extended warranty protection.
However, if the product arrives defective or damaged, we will assist with resolving the issue.
In these cases:

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will replace the product or issue a refund if applicable.
Non-Defective Products
If the product is not defective and no warranty was purchased, Aerovac does not cover return shipping costs or repairs related to product usage, wear, or customer preference.
