Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before returning any item, please contact our support team at support@getaerovac.com so we can provide return instructions.

Please do not send returns without contacting support first, as we will not be able to process the return properly.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our side, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within 1–8 business days.
