Aerovac partners with major carriers including UPS, USPS, and DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and fulfillment optimization. We do not offer manual carrier selection at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment network within the United States.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Time
Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier conditions.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–9 Business Days
Please note that delivery times may vary during high-volume periods (such as holidays), weather disruptions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Hawaii
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- Puerto Rico
- Rhode Island
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Armed Forces Americas (AA)
- Armed Forces Europe (AE)
- Armed Forces Pacific (AP)
Additionally, we are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- Restricted or protected areas
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
Aerovac is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, Aerovac is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
